Mennel Newton is a local milling company that has been in business since 1886. During our partnership with ProStaffing, there has always been a high level of professionalism and support and an uncommon level of kindness and courtesy. It is consistent and feels genuine. When I bring up an issue there is an immediate response and corrective action. If my account manager is out of the office it doesn’t stop progress, ProStaffing jumps in immediately. Recently we were searching for the right candidate to fill an Accounting Administrative Assistant position. After posting the job on Indeed and filtering through dozens of unqualified candidates and interviewing a few that I thought Were able to do the job, however turned out to not be a good fit for our office, I turned to ProStaffing for help. Once we talked and they asked all the right questions to figure out not only the skills we needed but also the personality of our office, the recruiters went to work and sent over two great resumes the next day. They were both very qualified and the first interview was all I needed to know I had the right person for the job.She has been with us for a number of weeks, and we look forward to transitioning her to our payroll when she has met her required hours.
